NO....Rewards Today...where ate they?

so 12 noon reward sells out before it posts and now 2pm there are no new rewards??? Can anyone explain whats going on cause customer service has no explanation?

It's likely that the warehouse(s) didn't have the inventory ready yet and there was no communication between the warehouse and content management teams. The internal communication between departments really seems to be lacking at Sephora. You can see by all the copy/paste responses you get if you ever email customer service. They never give you a proper answer because they don't know anything.
If my theory is correct, they rewards will be in stock in the next few days. Unfortunately, it will likely be at a random time. This happened before with some rewards and promo codes where they were released on the site before the inventory was made available.

I am so sorry our Rewards sell out faster than expected! We're currently aware of this and we're working on improving our Rewards system. We release new Rewards every Tuesday and Thursday between 9am-5pm PT at no specific set time. Please check back and stay tuned. Thank you! 🙂

This still does not explain where the "reward" went--I refreshed at exactly noon and it was already sold out. This makes no sense and happens with most of your 1000+ point rewards.
