NO REFUND

Hi guys I have not been refunded for an order that was canceled five days ago! I placed an order and it was canceled. They told me it would be removed from my bank account, but I see that the money has been taken out. Can someone help me?

@mimi0298 As the order was cancelled, please rest assured we haven't charged you for it. The amount you may be seeing on your bank statement is a temporary pending authorization, not a charge, and it'll automatically drop within 1-7 business days.
