NO LONGER BEAUTY INSIDER??

I went to purchase a couple items and when I went to my cart I had 0 beauty insider points and my account was no longer seen as a “beauty insider” account, it prompted me to “join”. My points are rather new and I was redeeming 400 after not getting my redeemed points products on my last order. I am very upset with this. Where are my points and where is my beauty insider member rewards/birthday gift?
