NEVER HAD MY ORDER

I WANT TO CRYYY

Basically, ordered for 500$ worth of products online and got them shipped to my house ( I live in a building ) BUT NEVER HAD IT. 
So i wrote to the customer support on the app to ask for a refund to go buy myself at the nearest store because the order was for CHRISTMAS PRESENTS!! 
They refused!!! Im a loyal customer and ive been for years now so i asked for at least a reshipment, THEY REFUSED.

So now im out of 500$, my makeup/gifts/skincare.
