NEED Help - Change Birth Date

When I first got my insider beauty card in 2016, at Oshawa Centre Shopping Mall - Oshawa, ON Canada, the cashier registered the wrong date. I emailed, called and went in person to get my birth date changed, still nothing was made. I tried to claim my free birthday samples on my actual birthday, they required me to show my id, when I did they say it doesn't match the birth date on the system, and I explained to them about the situation, they still refuse to give me my free birthday samples. It is the same when I tried to claim the free birthday sample for the birth date registered on the system. Basically, I get refused to claim free birthday samples just because the birth date doesn't match. It's a crazy on-going loop/cycle. How can I ever claim my free birthday samples?! Like do I get to claim my previous birthday samples due to this incident? It has been way too long since I try to get someone to help me change my birth date. Please help!
