NEED HELP FAST PLEASE

order number ..I placed my online order tonight (as we are only allowed one code online, and I don't live close to a store )I placed a good size order and I put the "yesrouge" in the promotion code, but once I hit "place order" and the screen changed, it shows my 20 percent was not taken off of my order!!! I used my jcpenny card....can someone credit my 20 percent back to my card?! I'm not sure why it did this glitch but it showed it took it off and then when the recipient screen came up, nothing was taken off and it was still full price.
