NARS light reflecting DOESN’T CLOSE (NO PUMP)

Bottle does not close , I am so frustrated it is causing me lose and waste product. Every time I try to close it it is misaligned. It’s gotten so annoying! I almost want to get a refund...

I have the same problems others are having- I can't screw on the top of my Nars Light Reflecting Foundation, which means I can't travel with it.  I'm also afraid of knocking it over and spilling it.  Is there anything I can do? Is there a pump that fits?

Hello! I also just recently purchased this foundation and am finding that I cannot get the bottle to close/the cap to stay on. Is there a pump for this foundation, or a way that I can request a refund? I really like the foundation, but I'm unable to travel with it because I risk spilling it all over my bags.

Hi there, I am experiencing the same problem as the others in this thread, I can't get the pump to screw back in since it's stuck in the lid, and the amount of force required to pull it out by the tube (which is covered in slippery foundation) seems like it will wreck or collapse the tube. I ordered this product online, can I request a replacement pump or do I need to return it in-store? Thanks.
