NARS light reflect foundation bottle won’t close

My NARS Light Reflect foundation bottle won’t close after only two weeks, and I see I’m not the only one that’s happening too. It’s extremely disappointing, since this is not a cheap foundation and this malfunction makes the bottle almost useless. Also it’s clearly a defective product design. I would be grateful for assistance. Thank You.
