NARS Pure Radiant Tinted Moisturizer Broad Spectrum SPF 30-Terre Neuve ITEM 1478452

Just received my order and everything was sealed and in good shape.

I am wondering about the most expensive item I ordered, NARS tinted moisturizer item 1478452.

Can anyone kindly let me know if this was supposed to have a seal on it, because it did NOT, if not, why not?

Any help would be appreciated as I am not looking forward to either returning or going to store 

next week.
