My promo item was cancelled

I called after receiving an email telling me Sephora cancelled my promo item and was told my promo item was cancelled because the service center my items were coming from ran out of the item but its still on the beauty offer's page because it's avalible at other distribution centers. Okay so why wouldn't Sephora just send it from another center. I really wanted to the MCJ walker conditioner which was part of the reason I placed my order. Should I return my order and try again?
