My prepaid visa gift card getting declined

I have a visa gift card which works because i’ve used it on other sites. it’s registered under my name and i know it has enough funds in it to cover my purchase. this has happened multiple times with different cards which all have enough money. it’s getting really annoying at this point because i get excited to order something and get to checkout and can’t purchase it.

I'm sorry to hear this! Is it a Visa Vanilla card by chance? If so, please note that those aren't currently accepted on our site and we recommend using an alternative payment method if possible.

it isn’t a vanilla gift card. it’s a prepaid visa debit card.
