I've been a member with sephora for years I've had alot of points I didn't get to redeem them due not using them the lady told me I can't anymore they expire I was so disappointed i didn't know there was a policy will not shop at sephora they have bad customer service

@jojobby90  Points don’t expire as long as you have made a purchase or redeemed a reward or free birthday gift within the last year.  It looks like your private messages are currently turned off. @jojobby90 Sadly per their terms and agreement if you don't have any activity in your account for a year you lose your points.
