My points disappeared

So i have 1,597 points and i just looked at the app and it says i have 0 points? Did anyone else lose all of their points? My points would not have expired because i was in there about a week or two ago and purchased some things. So they would not have expired. Im so Frustrated right now 😡

I'm glad I'm not the only one.  The app says to join the insider program and that my birthday is 1800! I know I'm old but I'm not that old!!!! Plus all my points are gone.

The more I think about it, it looks like this was a planned event; which in that case I feel that Sephora should have sent a mass email stating that the website would be undergoing maintenance at this time so that there wouldn’t be so many of us questioning what’s going on, or getting very irate.

This just happened to me also. My birthday disappeared, my points, my recent purchases, etc. I was just reading about the new updates for the Beauty Insider program and it states that all will go in effect 1/16/2019. So my guess is that maybe they are resetting Everything? @MOD available? TIA💋

Same, it also currently thinks I'm not even a beauty insider when I'm a VIB. Must be a glitch.

Okay, Mine still says im a VIB but it just erased all of my points.

Okay im glad im not the only one cause that def means there is something wrong with the site then. Just hoping they fix it and put the points back.
