My points are gone

I had 200 and something points until I checked today and it said I only had 41 which I didn't spend them so I don't know what to be happening

@MicaelaSG  Points don’t expire as long as you have made a purchase or redeemed a reward or free birthday gift within the last year.  It looks like your private messages are currently turned off. I have accumulated over 3000 points and when I went shopping yesterday I found out they had expired a couple months ago.. very shocked as I thought they never expire. Can you please help me as well? Thank you.
