My orders keep getting canceled

Can someone help me? Every time I order it shows that it’s processing for a while, and then the status changes to “unsuccessful authorization.” I don’t get an email notifying me about this either. I’ve tried email support and they were no help, and I really don’t have the time to call. Can someone please help me?
