My order never arrived

I made an order earlier this week. The status says that it was delivered to my front door, but there is no package anywhere. My address is accurate. I don’t understand why it didn’t arrive.

Same thing happened to me (except I placed my order mid-November).  It actually says it was delivered yesterday, but never got it.   I got two other packages (one from Amazon and one from e.l.f)) that day though and I was home at the time the status says it was delivered.  No idea what to do 😞
