My order just arrive and I'm missing two items! ):

My order just arrived today and upon opening it, I found that I'm missing my Fenty Galaxy palette and Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk foundation! 😞 Currently waiting for a representative but they say there's a 30-minute wait. Help!
