My order is undeliverable

I bought

Rare Beauty by Selena Gomez Soft Pinch Liquid Blush Love 

At this morning i saw at the tracker that the carrier consider that my direction was insufficient. And 30 min ago, i got a mail that said that the product was consider undeliverable by the carrier. 
My direction was complete, also with # number. I edit already my direction again (is the same). I want to buy the product again, I would get the same problem?
