My order is being shipped to the wrong address!

Please Help! 

I ordered an expensive item from Sephora.com and it is being shipped to a wrong address. I just got the Tracking Number ------- and tried my best to cancel or change the address without success. I love ordering/treating myself occasionally with beauty products from Sephora, but this is spoiling it for me. 

I am so worried that I will lose my money and the product because of not getting my order canceled. I am a student and do not have that much money to spend. 

I  would appreciate if anyone could help me with this problem.
