My order has been processing for a week

I placed an order last Friday and it is still processing.  I ordered two items.  Can I get information on why this is taking so long?  Also, can I cancel my order?  It shouldn't take this long, honestly.

Edited to add: it looks like my bank account had the charge for my order listed as pending, but I went and looked at it again after reading other posts about this issue from earlier this year and last, and the money has been taken out of my account, but the charge is unlisted.  I need to know EXACTLY what is going on ASAP.  Thanks.
