My order has been pending since last Thursday

I placed order # on the 11th. It is still pending and now one item is out of stock. Yesterday I lost the card I used to purchase this and had to put a freeze on the account, but I don't know if Sephora has actually charged me already or not. If not I would like to request the order be canceled so I can place it again with a different card and a different item because I will not receive the out of stock one anyway.

 Not exactly helpful but I have an order from January 11 that's still pending also.  It's a palette I had ordered on January 7 that was mistakenly cancelled when the rest of the order shipped on January 11.  I reordered the same day and yet I'm still waiting.  I'm beginning to think it's just not meant to be!
