My order didn't arrive

I ordered for Christmas dates a package with several things and when it marked me that my order was close it did not arrive, in the same way it marked me that they had even already delivered it and it is not there I looked for it everywhere verify the address and still I can not make the return because I do not have the package I could just re-enter my Sephora account and I am desperate, because it would mean that I lost a lot of money and I have no way to get a refund at least, please help me.
