My order did NOT arrive!

My order --- did not arrive despite receiving an email yesterday that it was delivered!.

 

I have tried starting a chat with customer service with no luck! 

 

Please could you advise me what my options are. The delivery was a gift and I leave NY this Friday the 20th of December!

Same thing happened to me. I can’t start a claim with UPS because Sephora restricted claims. My order was not delivered, UPS delivery of proof is apicture of the house, the driver didn’t come near our house with the package on hand…
