My order charged twice

I ordered products on May 6,2020. My bank account was charged after order confirmation. Yesterday my order was shipped and my bank account was charged second time. What can be a problem ? How can it be fixed or who can help me ?

Sorry for any confusion! When you place an order, the initial authorization will drop from your account in 1-7 business days and the order will be charged to your account once it ships.

Hello @DaneeBT , it's more than 7 business days, but the initial authorization hasn't dropped from my account yet. Could you, please, clarify what's going on ?
