My items were marked as shipped on the app but not in the box when I received them

Literally 5/7 samples never came. I had two separate orders on Jan 5 and 6 and specifically spent more money on the 6th to try the Brow goof sample. Nor did any of my perfume or shampoo samples, or even my gift bag promo. This is my first time using the Sephora website and couldn't get at least half of the samples I requested? That was the whole point in the website that I loved. Is there something I can do to resolve this? Will they ship separately since their status is "shipped" even though all of my other products came?
