My in store purchase isnt showing up

I made a purchase in store yesterday and put my phone number in the key pad at checkout and even asked the cashier if it took my account and she said yes. But I’m checking my app and my points arent in the app and it’s not showing that I made a purchase. I have the receipt, is there a way to add my points?
