My entire order arrived damaged, product was leaking

Hi,

I ordered the Eadem lip softener and Merit lipstick

The package arrived crumpled and disoriented. When I opened it, the products were broken, outer package got torn and the product was leaking. You can see it in the pictures and the video I attached. I'm very disappointed because this is my very first Sephora order and I was really excited for it 😞

I would like a refund or replacement for the items I ordered.
