My card has charged TWICE for the SAME ORDER!!!!!!!

I ordered products on April 23 and my VISA card has been charged when I placed the order. I was charged again for SECOND TIME for the SAME ORDER TODAY!!! I request a refund for SECOND CHARGE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!!!
