My account was deleted

I tried to login using my regular email and password, but it didn't work. As in, the account didnt exist. Couldn't even get a password reminder sent. I had to create a new account with my email address. But all my points are gone, order history, favorites, everything... Gone. I'd created an alternate account with my Gmail address to try and see if that would work any better before I tried my regular account. But the same thing happened. The account wasn't deleted, but my points, order history, and status were all gone.


Any chance I can have anything from this account linked back? I'm tired of losing points?#
