My account says i have 0 points

I remember clearly that i had over like 400 or 500 points and now it says I have 0. It also says that I have not purchased anything from sephora when clearly I have. How do I get this fixed?

Hi all! Sorry for the confusion! Our Beauty Insider system was briefly down for maintenance last night. You should be able to log out and back in to your account and view your points and status now. Thanks!

Same thing happened to me! I had close to 1000 points!! What in the world!?!
