My Sephora package never arrived via UPS

I ordered Sephora products with a gift card on February 9th. I expected the package to arrive February 14th, but it never came. I was home at the time of expected delivery and was notified about delivery, yet no package was on my porch. UPS said to contact Sephora, so I am hoping I can get some answers and a refund.
