My Sephora Account Got Hacked

Someone hacked my account and ordered things with all the points I had saved up over the past year. I saw the notification after Sephora helpline closed down.

Luckily they didn’t change my password so I was able to quickly login and change my password.

They were a lot of points? Not sure what to do? The app doesn’t show an option to cancel this order and I just got a notification saying the order has been shipped?!?

Message says “delivery is taking longer than expected” so I’m hoping Sephora can still cancel the order and make it void? What do I do? Please suggest 😞

Hope you get it figured out and can get your points back. My account got hacked today also. I didn’t have any points they used my card. I just noticed they put their address in my account. Not that it matters because no one will do anything about it. Best of luck to you.
