My Rouge status isn’t reflecting!?

Hello all, so I just purchased a few items from my cart - it said I needed to spend $109 to reach Rouge status, I placed an order totalling $127. Why doesn’t it say I’m rouge yet?
Went back to check my status and it still shows as VIB with message I still need to spend  $109 to reach Rouge status. Any clue on how to fix that? the rouge sale 20% is still going on and I still have a whole bunch of products I wanted to buy with the 20% of my new status. Can someone guide/advise?
