My Play Box subscription..

How do you determine who gets which box each month? I have asked multiple times that you DON'T send me the facial cleansers or masks because I DON'T use them I've just always had problem free skin. Also I don't wear red or matte lipsticks and I seem to get those EVERY month also. I would have loved box #193 this month for the eyes shadow palette which of course I didn't get and have NEVER gotten a palette from Sephora..I did get mascara and I'm thankful to have gotten a perfume sample this month because that was my main reason for subscribing to start with and now y'all have stopped sending them every month and that really hurts my feelings..I don't mean to be a pain in the butt I'm just tired of paying for and getting stuff every month that I don't use and just collects dust in my makeup cabinet. Can you PLEASE take my requests to heart and stop sending the facial masks and cleansers, the red and matte lipsticks and start back sending the perfume samples in my box each month as well as the mascara and an eye shadow palette every once in a while or just about any other eye product other that black eye liners so that I don't have to unsubscribe??? Getting the other things every once in a while might be ok but I get those things EVERY single month then I see the palettes and stuff in the other boxes and wonder why y'all couldn't have sent those to me..I'm sorry but I've been so disappointed with my Sephora Play Box for the last few months and it used to be my favorite!!!
