My Package Never Arrived, Marked as Delivered

I need help with my order #. My package is marked as delivered, but I never received it. In the "Orders" section, the tracking link redirects to an external page, but it doesn't show the delivery company or a tracking number. I have no way to follow up on this. Can someone assist me with locating my package? Thank you!

@Lindamia1407, I'm sorry to hear this! It looks like your private messages are turned off, and you can adjust your preferences in your Community settings (on the browser only, not the app). If you would like to send me a private message with your order number, I'll look into this.
