My Order Was “Returned to Sender”

Hello,

 

 I had placed my order a few days before the Sephora sale. It was set to arrive on November 4th, but the order says it was returned to sender because of an insufficient address. The status of the order still says “shipped” but I have not received it. I am out of the US at the moment, so I cannot call customer service and the help chat always says it’s unavailable. What will happen to my order?

@MilaIce If your order is returned to us, a refund will be processed once it is received at our distribution center.  It looks like your private messages are currently turned off.
