My Order In Progress STILL!!!

I ordered some items on the 12th of November. They still have not shipped. Says In Progress. Was sent an email telling me to be patient, BUT I'm hearing alot of people saying their orders have shipped already! So IDK what's going on? I don't want to order anything else until I receive my other orders.
