My First Missing Order Claim Was Denied - Incorrect “Account Flagged” Warning

Hi @TeamBIC,

 

I need urgent assistance regarding an issue with my first Sephora order, which never arrived.

 

I contacted Sephora Client Services to report the missing order, but I was told that my account has had “previous accommodations” and that no replacement or refund would be provided. This is completely incorrect, as this is my very first order with Sephora, and I have never submitted any missing order claims, refunds, or replacements.

 

I am very confused and upset that my account seems to have been mistakenly flagged. I kindly ask that this situation be escalated and that my account history be reviewed properly.

 

Please let me know if you need my order details via private message. I would appreciate your prompt assistance.
