My Dyson was marked delivered but I never received it

I purchased the Dyson Airwrap Coanda 2x as a wedding gift for a close friend, and it was supposed to arrive on time. But then it was suddenly marked as “delivered” even though I never received it. That was already frustrating enough, but when I reached out to Sephora for help, I was told there was nothing they could do.

I explained that I’d be okay with a refund so I could just go buy it in person from a physical store instead of being stuck losing $750 on a product that never reached me, but even then, I was refused. At that point, I honestly felt hopeless.

But I’m reaching out again because this situation is entirely unacceptable. I can’t just let $750 go down the drain for a missing item that I never even received. There was no proof of delivery, no photo, no signature—nothing. I’m kindly asking Sephora to make this right.

Same thing happened to me! I ordered a dyson along with ~200$ worth of other products and was missig the dyson. Support told me there was nothing they could do either, I havent shopped here since. It was so dissapointing!
