Multiple Terrible Experiences

I think I'm going to have to quit Sephora, as much as I have been a loyal customer for the last seven years. I'm just had too many subsequent issues and poor customer service response. 

 

First, in December, I wasn't able to use my full VIB 2017 December reward ($20) because an item that I bought was cancelled on me. I contacted customer service but never heard back.

 

Then I recently put in an order where I didn't receive my belif The True Cream Aqua Bomb trial size - 0.33 oz/ 10 mL for which I used a promo code for nor ANY of the samples that I requested (which has been the case for the last few orders I've made). Instead of a substitution, customer service gave me 100 points.

 

And, now today, when I opened my February Play! Box, the perfume was broken on everything. I think this may be the 3rd strike. I've been patient with some of the horrible customer service I've received before but now I don't trust putting in a oder online. Maybe time to move on to another company.IMG_0442.JPG
