Move USD credit to CAD account.

Hello,

 

I used to live in the US, and perhaps have a US Sephora account. In response to Covid-19, I no longer live in the US and I need my USD credit from my last returns moved into my Canadian account in CAD. 

 

Customer service via email was no help 😞 Anyone can assist?
