More Problems with Lasership

As if Lasership isn't bad enough, the delivery guy decided that my package required a signature.  Since when?  Fortunately, I had the package sent to a relatives' house and someone just happened to be there to sign for it.  It's not bad enough that Sephora uses Lasership, now the crappy delivery company is going to require signatures?  99.9% of the time there is no one around to sign for packages.  Buying from Sephora is becoming more and more problematic.  I called Sephora's Customer Support and the person I spoke with suggested that I call Lasership.  You must be joking!  That's your answer to the problem?!  I spend a lot of money at Sephora (I am Rouge) and the issues with delivery via Lasership is unacceptable.  If Sephora's Customer Service does not do something to address the issue, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Thank you for the quick response.  I do appreciate it.

 

However, this does not address the issue at hand.  Leaving the decision to obtain or not obtain a signature should not be at the discretion of the driver.  If the service provided by the delivery company is unacceptable and inconsistent -- as it is with LaserShip -- I would hope that the Sephora would prefer what is in the customers' best interests over the whims of a random delivery person.  It would seem that the only other option is to choose USPS as a delivery method, unless or until my packages go back to being delivered via UPS Ground (and no more LaserShip)!
