Monthly gift

Does anyone know what the process is to redeem your monthly gift? I've been a VIB member for over a year and just went rogue. I've never been offered anything in store or even received an email with a code that I've seen some people talk about. I've searched my emails as far back as 2012  LOL!

@Kemosabi every time you hit rouge, you should get a welcome gift. You will be able to redeem it in stores by just asking them for it and online by adding it as a promo. 

For the monthly gift, you should be getting an email saying that there is a "special promotion just for Rouge" which means you get the free gift if you add it in the promo section if you spend 35$ (sometimes 25$ or 45$)
