Mold in the lip scrub I just bought

I just bought a set that had a fresh lip scrub in it. I just opened it after buying it last week and there's mold all over it. I'm trying to communicate with Sephora's customer service since this is disgusting and not usable and I can't figure out how. Please help me out. Thank you
