Misssing items in order customer support won’t refund

This is my first time ordering from Sephora and more than half of my items were missing and I called support and also chat with them but they told me they can’t provide me with a refund because this happened with multiple accounts with my address but this is my first time ordering from them. I will never shop at Sephora again this is ridiculous
