Mission Impossible: 1500+ Point Rewards

Hello! I'm a longtime VIB Rouge, and have been saving my points for one of the deluxe (1500+ points) rewards. Is there a schedule for when these actually post? Or has anyone had any success checking at a particular time?

 

I have tried checking Tuesday and Thursday mornings (11am Central) but they're nearly always out of stock before I've even seen them. It's getting really frustrating that whenever something comes up there just seems to be no opportunity to select it unless I'm literally waiting by my computer at some designated time. Gah. I have sensitive skin, so can't really use just any kind and I was disappointed to see I missed the chance for some of the new clean beauty bonuses from RMS and Kosas.
