Missing samples

I recently placed an order since I wanted to try a promotion with the promo code "COLLAGEN" for Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare C+ Collagen Brighten & Firm Vitamin C Serum. When the package arrived I got 1 out of the 7 samples that came with the promotion. Then with my 3 free samples two of which were perfume samples, one of the perfumes Dior J'adore appeared to have been used since there was barely any in the tube. The third sample I wanted did not come but something to replace it. What are Sephora employees doing? I am an international customer and I spend extra to have my products shipped. I am very disappointed. If I was living in the USA I would definitely return the entire purchase for a refund.
