Missing samples

I ordered 2 free samples of The Charlotte Tilbury cream and something from Drunk Elephant and neither came! Instead they sent me The rich cream from Augustinus Bader and Givenchy glow foundation samples, I'm pissed, don't order the free samples.

@Emeryak I'm sorry to hear this! We do have to make substitutions if the samples you select are unavailable in the distribution center that is processing your order. I apologize for the disappointment and will share this feedback with the appropriate department.
