Missing samples

Hi , I received my order with missing samples .If samples are available during check out then I should receive them with my product.Very disappointed.

I am so sorry that happened to you too!! So disappointing when it does. I just opened my order to absolutely no samples and I was really looking forward to that Charlotte Tilbury.
