Missing samples

Hi, I received my Order a couple of days ago and unfortunately, it has arrived without any of my chosen samples. I know those are gifts but I was looking forward to trying them and that's why I ordered a travel-size Dior primer too so I could test out the foundation sample before purchasing it. I was also looking for a new eye cream and I needed that sample to help my future purchase decision. It was pretty surprising not to receive any of them in my order which was close to $200 with the discounts. Is there any chance I could still receive them? thank you
